The space

Discover tranquility in our homely house, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With off-street parking, a garage that fits one vehicle, and wonderful distant views of Lake Windermere and the surrounding mountains from the upper deck, this is the ideal getaway for families and friends.

Walk through the coat/boot area into a bright and airy open-plan living space. Multiple work areas are perfect for remote working or studying. The large lounge area features huge windows, flooding the space with natural light. Cozy up by the gas fireplace on chilly evenings.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the appliances you need, plus essentials like salt, pepper, fresh coffee, and cooking oil. There’s a kitchen island with stool seating and a separate dining table for family meals.

The house features three furnished bedrooms. There are two bathrooms in our home. One with a shower and one with a tub and shower. Both bathrooms come stocked with locally made hand soap and 2-in-1 body wash shampoo and hotel quality towels.

Downstairs, a second lounge area awaits with a Foosball table and an air hockey table for fun and relaxation. You’ll also find laundry facilities with a washer and dryer available for your use. The lower level includes a queen bedroom, a bunk bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunks, and the second bathroom.

The upper deck provides a lovely space to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Windermere and the mountains.

In peak season, between May and October, downtown Invermere is quite busy. A local farmers market is held on Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm. Downtown Parking could be difficult on these days. You will be close to artisan shops, restaurants, nightlife and more when staying at this beautiful town centre property. Some noise is to be expected.

You must provide a $500 damage deposit or purchase a $20/day damage waiver through our guest portal in order to receive check in instructions.

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay with us (including at checkout) as there are no local garbage collection services.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.

Great location, perfect for our group of 4 golfers.

Very nice and spacious, nice balcony to look out at the lake, huge living area and lots of windows and light. Nice to be able to use the garage to park if wanted to. Shawna was responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions on how to get to the place as we were coming to the place at night.

We had a great stay in Invermere. The house has a great view and is walkable to Invermere hotspots: the beach, parks, and downtown. Given the location and how spacious the house is, we would highly recommend it for families. Overall, we had a positive experience, however it is worth noting that on the first day of our trip, we were advised that the air conditioning wasn't working and we were very casually asked not to use it. This occurred even though air conditioning was advertised as an amenity when booking. We were lucky that the weather was not as hot as it had been in previous weeks (only high 20's), but it was still 27 degrees in the house upon entering. Some may feel that this is akin to a house not having heat in the winter! We accommodated a (very professional & friendly) handyman who visited during our stay and the air conditioning was eventually fixed. We felt it may have been appropriate for the host to offer recompense for this inconvenience but none was offered.

Nice house, very clean in a good location. House has absolutely everything you need from cookware to throw blankets, board games, cards!! Highly recommend.

Great central location in Invermere. Ryland and Shawna left very detailed instructions and were very responsive to all questions that were asked! Would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We stayed at this property for 8 days. Upon arrival, the air conditioning wasn't working, but the owner promptly addressed the issue and had it fixed within two days, despite the very hot weather (34/35 degrees inside the house). We also encountered a problem with the fridge not cooling properly, which was similarly resolved after being brought to the owner's attention. We did received a discount. The house itself was wonderful – very spacious and comfortably accommodated all eight of us. We had plenty of space both inside and outside. However, we did notice that the cleanliness of the house could be improved.
